Feature Request: Schema-level active user administration console

Summary:
Provide a desktop administration console that allows administrators to monitor and manage active users for a specific schema in real time. The console should surface who is logged in, enable admins to message or disconnect users, and support exporting user activity data for auditing and license governance.

Problem Statement:
Today, administrators lack a focused way to see and control which users are actively connected to a given schema. This makes it difficult to detect and stop users who may be abusing license seats or consuming excessive system resources. Without real-time visibility and control, admins must rely on indirect signals and manual processes, leading to inefficient license utilization, slower incident response, and limited auditability of user activity.

Proposed Solution:
Deliver a “lightweight” version of the existing PROPRICER 9 Server Manager as a thick client interface scoped to a single schema.
Display a real-time list of active users connected to the application server for that schema, including key details (e.g., username, connection time, possibly host or session details).
Provide admin actions on active sessions, including the ability to gracefully message users within their current session and forcibly disconnect (kick) users when necessary.
Support export of current and/or historical user activity data to CSV or Excel for offline analysis, auditing, and reporting.
Ensure appropriate permissions so only authorized administrators can access and use this console for schema-level user governance.
