Introducing more flexible Direct Rate Table functionality:
Multiple Direct Rate Tables per Proposal: A proposal can now have multiple direct rate tables attached, allowing different escalation timescales (e.g., Month, Quarter, Year) in separate tables.
Resource Rate Percentiles (System-Level Option): A new system-level property in Direct Rate Table settings will enable or disable Resource Rate Percentiles. When enabled, the table supports multiple rates for a single resource to represent percentiles from 5 to 100 in increments of 5 (e.g., 5, 10, 15 … 100).
Rate Attributes via Existing Resource Fields: Instead of a separate Rate Attribute Library, we will leverage existing Resource Fields in ProPricer. A toggle or trigger will identify which fields act as Rate Attributes, making them part of the Resource Key (adding uniqueness for resource identification).
