If it's in the GUI, let me report on it ("Source", "Source Item" fields, especially)

I need the ability to report on a couple of fields that are not currently visible to the Report Designer, nor to the Pivot Grid. Specifically, I need the "Source" and "Source Item" fields, which DO show up in full Excel exports; just not in the reporting tools within ProPricer itself. This "Source" and "Source Item" field contains data such as Resource IDs (introduced in 9.3.108), as well as Formula IDs, Travel Trip IDs, CER names, etc. These are all very valuable things to report on, but currently are, for some reason, only available when you dump data to Excel. These speaks to a larger general issue: if I can see it in any of the data grids in ProPricer, I should be able to report on it.
