Add the Disclosure report options to the 15‑2 Line Item Summary report, including dropdowns for Disclosure Format and Cost Level, consistent with the existing Disclosure options available in other system reports such as the Detail Cost Breakdown.
Add Excel print options to the 15‑2 Line Item Summary report to enable Export Full Pricing capability (None, Default, Annual), aligned with how other core reports support this functionality.
Use Case / Rationale
The 15‑2 Line Item Summary is a required FAR Table 15‑2 report and must be included with all TINA‑compliant proposals. Many customers submitting non‑government RFP responses require sanitized pricing. Because sanitization is not currently available in this report, analysts must manually sanitize it even though other system reports already provide automated sanitization via the report options.
In addition, batch report packages for proposal submittals are standardized to include full pricing capabilities so that the resulting Excel workbook can serve as a working cost model. Although the 15‑2 Line Item Summary is part of every TINA‑compliant batch, it is the only report not linked to the P‑tab. As a result, updates made to the pricing model do not flow through, and analysts frequently have to manually link and update the report to meet customer requirements.
