Description: Add an opt-in option to suppress inherited WBS-level BOE text from displaying or printing at the task level when the task has no BOE text of its own. If task-level BOE text exists, it displays normally; if both WBS- and task-level BOEs exist, that structure continues to be supported. WBS-level text still appears at the WBS level as it does today—only the inherited copy at the task level is suppressed. (Placement—report-level setting vs. proposal properties—is an open question for development.)
Use Case: Requested by the BOE Pro team on behalf of the customer. Inherited WBS text currently repeats on every child task, creating noisy, redundant report output. With the option enabled, task rows stay blank unless a task-specific BOE was actually entered, allowing the BOE Pro Report to render correctly for the customer.
