Global Archive and Restore features don't bring over all / correct data. 1) For Proposal Archive & Restore it does not bring over the original owner / creator but instead puts the name of the person doing the archive and restore function (this may be an admin and then their name is wrong in ProPricer.) The only fix the vendor provided was to change it one by one in each proposal 's proposal properties. This would also be a good enhancement to add these fields (creator and owner) to Integration Pro as they are not fields you can currently export or change that way either 2) For Global Data Archive & Restore it does not bring over all system information (and it had to be manually entered) It also does not bring over custom reports. They had to be manually exported and imported. This works but it was not explained anywhere as far as what came over and what did not. This created a lot of checking and extra work when we recently used Archive & Restore to copy over a 2 whole database to new ones as we transitioned from Oracle to Sequel.
