Description: In a proposal task when a user sets a task to Summary using the Type column (to set CERs) it doesn't appear that the CER data can then be exported or imported using the I/E tool. It would be handy to be able to change the details of CERs even when ask is set to Summary through this process and import the same set up into a different proposal.
