Increase Character Limit for Title Definitions

Summary:
Allow users to define longer Title Definitions by increasing the character limit from 50 to 255, aligning the application behavior with the documented guidance in the Help Menu and enabling more descriptive, meaningful titles.

Problem Statement:
Currently, the Title Definitions field is limited to 50 characters. This constraint forces users to truncate important context, abbreviate titles in non-intuitive ways, or use inconsistent naming patterns. The mismatch between the product’s behavior and the Help Menu guidance (which indicates a 255-character limit) also creates confusion and erodes trust in the documentation.

Proposed Solution:
Increase the maximum character limit for the Title Definitions field from 50 to 255 characters.
Ensure the new limit is consistently enforced across all relevant UI components, APIs, imports/exports, and validation logic.
Validate that the updated limit aligns with and is clearly reflected in the Help Menu and any related user-facing documentation.
Add or update any inline validation messages to indicate the new 255-character limit when users approach or exceed it.

Benefits:
Enables more descriptive and meaningful Title Definitions, improving clarity for users.
Reduces the need for confusing abbreviations and inconsistent naming schemes.
Aligns product behavior with Help Menu documentation, improving user trust and reducing support inquiries.
Provides greater flexibility for customers with complex or detailed titling conventions.
