Disabling Material Time-Phased Base Unit Cost Grid

Hello, Please add the ability to disable the Timephase Base Unit Cost Grid in ProPricer when estimating materials. This grid can create difficulties when reviewing the material list if this grid is populated with hundreds of material line items. Restricting this grid from modification based upon user roles would be extremely helpful.
