Moving Child Groups

Currently, if a child group needs to be moved under a different Parent group, the entire row must be deleted and it has to be rebuilt again under the new Parent group. It would be helpful if all of the existing fields did not have to be deleted. Allow for easier movement of Child groups under different Parent groups in Report Designer.
