Update Resource Field Values After Changes are Made in the Resource Library Table

After a resource with custom fields & values has been added to a proposal, updates made in the Resource Library to the value(s) for those custom resource fields are not being reflected in the proposal(s) where the resource exists. For example, if there was a custom "Location" field that listed "Oregon" for "Resource A," and "Resource A" was added to a proposal, but then the "Location" was changed to "New Jersey" in the Resource Library, "Resource A" on the proposal still shows "Oregon."
