Ability to Save and restore Column Selections

I'd like to be able to define a list of columns that I want to see for a given screen (Proposal Inputs, Libraries like Resource Sets, and Materials) and save that selection with a name to choose from a defined list by Admins or User created.

Further enhancement would be to set a default at the proposal level, so all users see the desired fields when opening the proposal.
