Group Pivot Grid Data

It would make it very convenient to be able to group multiple data selections under one renamed header. For example, if the algorithm contains several direct cost elements, it would be nice to add those in a pivot grid, then merge them into one renamable header. In the following equation, the parentheses contains three direct cost elements that makeup the true direct cost amount. (Direct cost thru Escalation + Procurement Admin charge + Special Facilities) = Direct Cost
