Hierarchy Structure on Import/Export from Excel, and selecting reports

Some parts of ProPricer are flat. For instance, when I need to pick a proposal for a report, it's a flat alphabetical list. It would be easier if I could see the proposal tree with all my folders. Same with import/export from Excel. Believe there are other areas in ProPricer that are flat, too.

Would be nice to see the same tree as when I copy a proposal. I can see all folders/subfolders
