Resource Field Refresh from Resource Library

Please add the ability to refresh the resource fields based upon the resource library. Since Resource Fields are text/list fields, they do not automatically update based upon Direct Rate table updates. Therefore, we need a button or tool that refreshes all resource fields based upon the resource library values.
