We would like the ability to configure and manage a ProPricer server from a CLI.
* - Start/Stop the "ProPricer Applicaiton Server 9" service - arguably, this can already be done in PowerShell, so it may be unneeded
** - Create/modify/delete a database connection
** - New feature - add the ability to disable connecting to a particular database
* + This would allow a database connection to be configured but not allow users to connect
** - Get a list of Active Users
** - Disconnect an active user session
** - Get a list of Connections
** - Create/modify/delete and activate/deactivate a license key
** - Modify the Server Port
* This would allow us to fully automate/script the installation of the ProPricer server using an answer file and then the configuration/management of that server using the CLI.
