Please add the ability to convert all material escalation on a proposal to an override so they will not be updated when the Escalation Table is updated. Or, make the ability to stop the escalation rates from updating when the Escalation Table is updated.
Scenario: Proposal is submitted and following the submission the Escalation Table is updated with new rates. Those rate change the material price on the already submitted proposal.
At my company an override for proposal-unique escalation factors/tables is sorely needed. What we can charge for escalation is sometimes limited by our U.S Government contracts.
