Moving Multiple Proposals to a Folder

Hello,

Please add the ability to move multiple proposal to a folder at one time. Currently, it will only let you move one proposal at a time. Under the Proposals list tab, you can select multiple proposals to archive but are unable to move all selected proposals to a different folder than the one they currently reside under.
