Pre-mapping Resources to Scheduled Rate Categories

Please add the ability to pre-map resources to specific scheduled rate categories, such that when selecting a specific resource on an applied scheduled rate table proposal, the scheduled rate will automatically be applied to that resource.

Currently, users need to enter the resource, then select the Scheduled Rate for each resource row. This can make the estimating process inefficient and tedious to manually make each selection, especially when the same resources are applied to multiple tasks across the proposal.
