Being able to see the User Description field, as well as the Name and Role, in the Proposal and Folder rights tables would be very useful for identifying, and if necessary restricting access to, users from different parts of the business.
It would also be helpful to have additional fields (e.g. business unit, function) in the User Information and that this is also displayed in the Proposal/Folder Rights, to aid in ensuring only the relevant personel have access to certain proposals (e.g. where restrictions such as ITAR apply)
