Pivot Grid UI/Feature Enhancements

The Pivot Grid could use some updates to improve its usability:

* Make probably the most-used functionality, Export to Excel, immediately obvious and one click away.

* Ability to default behavior options.

* Ability to either use Task/Resource Selections, or to ad-hoc filter things similar to Excel's "Slicers" and "Timelines"

* Introduce some logic to summarize Summary/Resource Fields with Parent/Child relationships, and/or Masks/Roll-Ups

* Expose ALL fields to Pivot Grid not currently there, e.g. Resource IDs. If I can see it, let me report on it.
