Batch Report Options

Allow batch reports to be saved that do not have default start/end dates for the Period Selection in rate reports (specifically the Rate Band and Indirect Rate reports.) Currently we have a manual work around where we export the batch report out of ProPricer, edit the .xml to manually remove the period selections, and then re-import the updated batch report back into ProPricer. Any time a change is made/saved to a batch report inside ProPricer, this manual process must be re-done to remove the Period Selections.

If the above change cannot be made, then give an option for imported batch reports to save over existing batch reports of the same name. Currently ProPricer will not allow this (only option is to save the import under a new name) so we must delete the exiting batch report from ProPricer before importing the manually changed one. This has a side effect of deleting the batch report from any user's Report Favorites—meaning any time we update a batch report, every user must re-do their Report Favorites.
