Default Auto-filter Row to Always On

The Autofilter Row is an EXTREMELY useful part of ProPricer that we use all the time. However, it seems to randomly hide itself without much reason. The suggestion is to either make the AutoFilter always show all the time, allow a user to set this option in Setup, or just troubleshoot and bugfix whatever code that controls it such that it will continue to show until the user specifically invokes the command to hide it.
