Missing Multiple Resources from Direct Rate Table

Please add the ability to see a list of all resources missing from a rate table when switching direct rate tables from an older one to a new one. Currently, when you switch the direct rate table and the resources used on the proposal are no longer in the new rate table, the system gives one name at a time. It would be best to get a full list of invalid resources for ease of updating versus just one at a time.
