Change Annual Timescale Period Range when using (Using Ctrl+T+A) in Resource Input

Please add the ability to change the timescale to a specific fiscal period when estimating hours/costs on a monthly basis. It would be very useful to be able to use the annualized timescale toggle to estimate based upon a specified fiscal period (ie. maybe this could be sourced from the Fiscal Year Period dropdown menu within the Calendar Tab of the Proposal Properties menu).

For example, I am estimating a monthly timescale of hours for a proposal and used Ctrl+T+A to get the Annualized columns for estimating hours/costs. However, the system will evenly spread the annualized hours based upon a Calendar Year monthly range instead of a Fiscal Period.

I understand that new proposals can specify an annualized timescale at the onset of proposal creation, but this is not the same function needed here. We estimate on a monthly basis and need the timescale to be set to "monthly". However, using the quick keys to make that switch to annualized hour estimation based upon a Fiscal Period would be beneficial.
